By engaging Zambol Creatives for any service and by using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear reference images, brand guidelines, or mood board before work starts. Vague briefs may delay delivery.
- All product references, tech packs, or sample images to be digitized must be provided by the client in high resolution before generation begins.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information (brand name, colours, style). Mistakes caused by incorrect input are not covered under free revisions.
- Feedback or approval required from the client must be given within 48 hours to avoid delays.
- Clients must not share watermarked or preview files publicly. Only final delivered files may be published.
Copyright & Usage Rights
- Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights for the delivered photos and reels for personal or commercial use.
- Zambol Creatives retains the right to use the final work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project starts.
- The client may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the creative process, style, or techniques used.
- Raw files, source files, and project files are not included in any package unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
- Credits are appreciated but not mandatory when posting delivered content online.
General Terms
- By placing an order and making payment, the client agrees to all policies listed here and in the Refund Policy.
- We do not guarantee specific results or viral performance of any reel or photo on social media.
- Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
- All project communication should be conducted through the agreed channel (WhatsApp or email) to avoid miscommunication.
- We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Updated policies apply to new orders only.
