Refund & Payment Policy

Payment & Refund

  1. 50% advance payment is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.
  2. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash only.
  3. No refund is provided once work has started. If the project is cancelled before work begins, the advance payment is non-refundable as it reserves your slot.
  4. Final high-resolution files will only be delivered after full payment is received.
  5. Prices are fixed as quoted. No price changes after confirmation.

Revision & Delivery

  1. Delivery timelines: Basic — 5 days, Standard — 8 days, Premium — 12–15 days from advance payment and receipt of all materials.
  2. Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at Rs. 2,000 per revision.
  3. A revision means minor adjustments (colour, text, small changes). A complete redo or new concept is a new order.
  4. Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the preview. After that, the project is considered approved.
  5. Before full payment, we share a watermarked or low-resolution preview for client review. Final files are delivered only after the remaining payment is cleared.
  6. Final files are delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer in high-resolution format. Reel duration is 25–45 seconds.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Advance payment is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation as it covers time reserved and initial work.
  2. If the client cancels after work has begun, no refund will be issued for any amount paid.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide required materials within 7 days. Advance payment will not be refunded.
  4. If we cancel due to our own inability to deliver, a full refund will be provided.
  5. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.
